This bacon is cured with a combination of our secret spices and then smoked until the perfect flavor is reached. It is then sliced thick into a 'country slice' and vacuum sealed to ensure the freshest best quality product.
This product is shipped frozen and contains an individually vacuum sealed packages weighing 1 pound. You can keep the product frozen until it is ready to use.
