Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What if I want to pay with a Check/Money Order?
A: Please follow the check out instructions on your shopping cart. Please print out the invoice and mail it along with your check/money order included the total cost to:

Your order will be processed and shipped up to 5 days after funds have cleared on all personal checks. Money orders will be processed faster.

Q: What if I don't want to use PayPal?
A: You can call our customer service line at 845-223-7900 between 9AM-3PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday to place a phone order. You can also e-mail sales@mountainproductssmokehouse.com with the subject line: "Internet Order", provide your order and your phone number (DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER IN THE E-MAIL), a customer service agent will call you back and verify your order and credit card information to confirm payment.
