All of our nitrate-free Smoked Bacon goes through a natural hickory smoking process that does not include any chemicals, nitrates, or nitrites. The bacon is brined with a combination of our secret spices and then smoked with slow burning hickory wood. It is then sliced thick, or as we call it, country sliced and vacuum sealed to ensure the freshest highest quality product. This product is shipped as 3 individually vacuum sealed packages weighing 1 pound each. You can keep the product frozen until you are ready to use it.
